All kilometers are free. With us, there is no mileage limit on your rental vehicle.

You can pick up and return the vehicle 24 hours a day.

Please let us know your flight number when booking so that we can prepare individually for your arrival.
If your flight is delayed, we will reschedule the provision of your rental car. There will be no additional costs.
If your flight is cancelled, it will be made available for the new arrival. If the flight is cancelled, a free rebooking for the new arrival is possible, but this case is separately excluded from the free cancellation and 50% of the rental price will be charged.

Our rental cars are charged on a 24-hour basis, e.g. pick-up at 8:00 a.m. / return at 8:00 a.m. You have an additional time window of a maximum of 30 minutes. Otherwise a new day will be charged.
Yes, just send us a message via WhatsApp or email during your stay in Mallorca. However, it may happen - during the season - that the rental car has to be replaced. In the event of early return, no refund of the rental price will be made.
Yes, in the booking form you can select the corresponding field "Key N Go". The cost for this is a one-off payment of 50 euros in addition to the rental price.
*If you receive a ticket during your rental, we will forward it to you. You will also be charged a fee of 80 euros for processing and identifying the driver. Every car rental company charges this fee.
*Loss of keys and incorrect fueling of the vehicle are not insured. We always point out the fuel, and this is also marked at the respective fuel station.
*You do not have to clean your car when you return it. However, if it is very dirty or if you smoke illegally, we will charge a cleaning fee.
- Heavy soiling: 200 euros
- Unauthorized smoking in the vehicle: 300 euros.
There are no hidden costs!
Attention: If costs incurred are not covered and can be proven with documentation, the respective tenant will be blocked and no further bookings will be accepted.
After booking, you will receive a detailed description of the route, either by email or, if you wish, as a video via WhatsApp. This will describe exactly where your key will be left.
No, we currently only offer our service in Mallorca.
No, we will provide your rental car for you immediately after your arrival, if you book in advance, either at the airport or on request "islandwide". Please let us know your flight number when booking or at least 4 weeks before arrival.
We do not limit our rentals. For longer rentals exceeding 28 days, the vehicle must be replaced every 28 days.

For same-day bookings, please allow at least 1 hour of waiting time. When the vehicle is delivered, the waiting time may vary depending on volume and distance of the delivery location.
Yes, just give us the exact address of your hotel when booking and we will deliver your rental car directly to your hotel. The costs are staggered according to kilometers;
1km costs 1 euro, 2km costs 2 euros, etc.
Of course, we can also pick up the vehicle again, at the same cost.
Generally, when you make a booking, we will provide you with a vehicle for the category you have booked. Unless it is in the category;
"Guaranteed Model" desired vehicles, such as VW - FORD -
AUDI, we can accept for an additional charge of 50 euros.
You only pay this price if the desired car is available.
No, you do not pay any extra charge.
Yes, additional drivers (2) are free of charge and are allowed to drive the vehicle upon presentation of a driver's license and ID. Additional drivers are available upon request and at an additional cost.
Please note: The number of drivers per vehicle is limited to 5. All you need to do is present your ID and driver's license when booking or BEFORE the rental begins. There are no additional costs.
Our rental cars are handed over with a full tank and are returned with the same tank level.

There are no additional costs on site
Of course you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Within 48 hours a fee of 100% of the total rental price will be charged.
If you are not present on the agreed arrival day to collect your rental car, we will charge 100% of the cost.
In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, only a rebooking is possible, which in turn cannot be canceled free of charge.
I am under 21 years old, can I rent a vehicle from you?
Yes, but you must have held your driving license for at least 1 year.
